Prior to starting Elements eLearning, LLC, I worked for ten years in publishing For Dummies tech editorial. Next, I spent two years producing award winning videos at JIST Publishing. After working with audio and video production, I was asked to work on several eLearning projects. I spent two years helping a small non-profit expand their volunteer base through eLearning. Then, I took a break to learn about web and eLearning accessibility. I completed the eLearning Instructional Design Certificate from University of Washington. Next, I focused on eLearning accessibility. I took Susie Miller’s live webinar course. To implement accessible eLearning, I needed an accessible website. I’ve taken multiple courses with A11Y collective. I wanted to prove it possible for a non-coder to build an accessible website that includes an accessible eLearning portal. That is what this site is about.

I must give credit to GeneratePress for creating an accessible theme that enabled me to build this site. To learn about design and work with GeneratePress, I joined Mike Oliver’s Collective.

After proving it’s possible, I plan to share what I’ve learned so far. And continue to learn. Hopefully to inspire. Accessibility is a mind expanding journey that I am just beginning.

With that said, I now combine my years of audio, video, and eLearning creative experience to create accessible, immersive, and engaging eLearning. Small role or large role, I will help you with your organization’s eLearning needs. You can reach me at
